Shipping policy

-Your order ships from Florida, so you can expect your order to arrive between 1-5 days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Please see your location in the map below for specific transit times to your destination.
 

-If you place an order before 1:00 pm EST time, we'll ship it that same day.

-Free Shipping and Free returns in the US ( only applies to orders within continental US states).

-Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items returned in brand new condition. Products must have all of its parts, hardware, manual and arrive in the a box, unless otherwise granted permission by a company representative via a confirmation email.

-Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery. 
Items sent back with signs of wear will be returned to sender. 

-International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility ( Including Tariffs, import duties, and any importing fees). Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange. 

-Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed. 

*ALL International buyers are responsible for import taxes / duties and the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned*
